Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to expand the FlowRider® business to a consistent long term growth.
  2. To manage and maintain social media services.
  3. Develop and create innovative digital online marketing strategy.
  4. Driving the e commerce platform.
  5. Analyze and perform sales and marketing activities.
  6. Provide marketing feedback to the management team.
  7. Enhance business networking with business partners and potential corporate clients and maintaining good customer relationship and database.
  8. Prepare annual marketing budget and tracking of cost control.
  9. Manage and maintain good relationship with media as well as any vendors.
  10. Manage public relation and optimize all media and marketing communication usage.
  11. Oversee and manage of all on ground, off line and on line activities.
  12. Other Adhoc duties as designated by management.
  13. Develop and coordinate all advertising materials or related communication activities.
  14. Coordinate event advertising and promotional program.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years working experience at Management level and similar role of duties in the service industry.
  2. Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field, a Master degree will be an added advantage.
  3. Strong command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written in a must. Knowledge of Chinese will be an added advantage.
  4. Capable writing and presentation skills.
  5. Able to manage and work independently.
  6. Experienced in people management, developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies is a requirement.
  7. An existing strong networking of media and client base is an added advantage.
  8. Ages between 30 – 35 years old.

Customer Service / Admission

Responsibilities:

  1. The FlowRider customer service is responsible of performing cashiering duties.
  2. Booking of customers to their desired ride sessions.
  3. Maintaining and updating customer databases.
  4. Selling of packages, merchandize and F&B products.
  5. Manage membership sign ups and database.
  6. Updating daily sale report.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Pre U/ A level.
  2. Outdoor and sports enthusiast. Preferably to have boards sport experience.
  3. Passionate and self-motivated.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Fluent in English and other local language i.e Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese).
  6. Energetic and fun.
  7. Preferably with Cashiering experience.
  8. Preferably with Customer service experience.
  9. Willing to work shifts.
